SHINQUEST
Precision Machining · Shanghai · Since 1995
Founded in Shanghai in 1995. We machine parts to your drawing, build non-standard assemblies, and reverse-engineer imported parts that are no longer available. Milling, turning, gear cutting, sheet metal and heat treatment — all under one roof, all in-house.
ISO 9001-certified · 1 pc minimum · NDA on request · Worldwide shipping
Milling, turning, gear cutting, sheet metal, welding and heat treatment — everything happens in our own workshop, nothing gets outsourced. Send us one drawing instead of juggling several suppliers.
Vertical machining centers with travels up to 1600 × 800 × 700 mm. Pockets, bores, slots, faces and complex 2.5D profiles in one setup.
Horizontal lathes for shafts, bushings, flanges and threaded parts. OD, ID, tapers and threads held to IT6–IT7.
Gear milling and planing for spiral bevel, Zerol, hypoid and straight gears.
Laser cutting up to 6000 × 2500 mm in 0.5–50 mm carbon steel, press-brake bending to 3200 mm, and gas-shielded welding.
Build to print — or send us the worn part. We measure it, re-draw it and machine a replacement that fits.
Surface hardening, nitrogen-atmosphere quenching, anodizing, plating and powder coating.
Milling, turning, gear cutting, sheet metal, welding and heat treatment all happen in our own workshop. No subcontracting, no middlemen.
The engineer who will actually run your job reviews your drawing — no hand-offs down a sales chain — so the price and lead time we quote are the ones that hold up.
Prototypes and production share the same machines and the same setups, so part #1 and part #1,000 come out the same.
We run an ISO 9001 quality system: every batch is measured against your drawing, records are kept, and a dimensional report can ship with the parts.

STEP / STP / IGES / DWG / DXF / PDF
How it works
First-time customers typically receive a sample within two weeks — and at every step you know exactly where your parts are.
STEP, STP, IGES, DWG, DXF or a PDF with tolerances. Add quantity, material and finish.
We review your design for manufacturability and cost, then send price and lead time — within 24 hours.
We machine and measure one part before the batch starts. Photos and a dimensional report on request.
Same machines, same process, in-process inspection, and a progress update every week.
Final inspection, rust-proof packing, then DHL / FedEx / UPS — or your own forwarder.
